More Charges Filed Against Man Accused Of Carlsbad Convenience Store Rape

A Carlsbad man who was arrested for a disturbing rape in a convenience store – has had more charges filed against him. Kenneth Miller is now charged with kidnapping and attempted armed robbery after he was originally charged with rape, robbery and larceny. Poclie allege that Miller went on a crime spree the night of February 13th along Pierce Street, ending at the convenience store, where a SWAT Team had to fish him out of the store when the woman he was raping escaped and called for help.
