A local teenager has been arrested and charged in connection with selling a gun to another teen who was then fatally shot by two other teenagers in April at Cahoon Park. A statement from RPD says the seller had left the park prior to the shooters arriving. 16 year old Isaiah Gabriel Olivas was arrested in the 700 block of East 5th Street. Due to his age, Olivas is charged with unlawful possession of a handgun and unlawful sale of a firearm. He’s also charged with contributing to the delinquincy of a minor and tampering with evidence.
