Artesia Polcie are asking for some help in finding a tree vandal. Over the past two years, APD says there has been more than 30-thousand dollars in damage done to the city’s First Street Greenway Project. The project has more than 350 trees that were planted as an entry point to downtown Artesia. The entire project was made possible through a combination of provate donations and public grants and is maintained by Artesia MainStreet and the city.
