Police in Carlsbad are on the hunt for the person who stole an expensive race car. The car, valued at more than 15-thousand dollars, was taken Halloween night, along with a trailer used to store the car, in the 900 block of West Greene Street.
The car is described as having a chartreuse and green fiber body with glass panels. A report from Eddy County Crimestoppers say the car does not have an engine or transmission, but did have brand new Hoosier tires on it. The trailer is white with a chrome diamond plate along the bottom.
