A four-month project to replace the North Garden Avenue bridge a short distance south of East College Boulevard is scheduled to begin Wednesday, July 12. The work of removing the current bridge and constructing a new one will require the closure of North Garden between East College and Cherry Street. Detours will be in place and access will be provided to businesses and residences in the area. The project is scheduled to be completed in mid-November.
