The Roswell Police Department will be hosting open physical fitness testing Saturday, Sept. 9, starting at 9 a.m. Testing will be conducted at the Russ DeKay Soccer Complex at 1500 N. Grand Ave.
Testing is free and open to anyone interested in our Recruit Police Officer positions or Police Service Aide (PSA) positions. The event will also provide a chance to learn about the RPD hiring process and qualifications.
Testing will consist of push-ups (15 in one minute), sit-ups (27 in one minute), a 1.5-mile run (15:57), and a 300-meter sprint (71 seconds).
