Tragedy in Roswell, where police are investigating a deadly rollover car crash. It happened Thursday near the 1600 block of West 8th Street, right next to the Nancy Lopez Golf Course at Spring River. Police say a pickup truck driven by 40 year old Joshua Moses Medina was headed east, but lost control and went through the chain link fence surrounding the golf course. The pickup then struck a tree and rolled over at least once before striking a second tree. Medina was thrown out of the pickup and found found dead at the scene. A passenger, 21 year old Favian Martin Hernandez was rushed to a local hospital. Police say Hernandez is Medina’s nephew.
