Roswell Police are investigating a deadly crash that took place Friday morning on South Washington Avenue. A statement from RPD says the crash happened around 2 in the morning when a 2003 Ford F250 pickup truck was headed south on Washington. For some reason, the driver lost control at a high rate of speed near the bridge just south of Summit Street. The pickup left the roadway, striking a utility pole near Rancho Road. The truck continues south, passing four homes while still off the road. It then came back onto the roadway and flipped at least once, coming to rest upside down. The driver, 21 year old Logan Dale Kennard, the only person in the truck, was thrown out of the truck and was killed.
