The City of Roswell and its Community Development Department have introduced a new program designed to help reduce the cost for homeowners to enhance their homes and properties. For approximately the next year – until May 11, 2024 – the first city building permit application for a project on a single-family residential property will cost only $1.
The $1 fee will also apply to the first building inspection of a project and certain other construction-related fees, such as water- and sewer-line extensions, the installation of water meters, and certain subdivision fees.
